However facts show that ‘Many LEDCs cannot afford the modern technology which would help to ensure better medical care and improve levels of employment’
In MEDC countries majority of people have access to basic necessities such as clean running water and electricity. However facts show that in LEDC’s ‘Nearly one billion people do not have access to clean, safe water - that's the equivalent of 1 in 8 people on the planet!’ this shows that residents at LEDC countries do not have access to the simplest of basic necessities portraying how hard their lives are.
People who live in LEDC countries have limited access to education in comparison to those in MEDC countries this is due to LEDC countries not financially being able to access facilities such as computers, chairs and tables for example, statistics show that ‘children in LEDCs have to work to help their families and LEDCs spend significantly less money on education as comparison to their MEDC countries.’
